LEMON BOTTLE! 

Lemon bottle fat dissolving is a brilliant new fat dissolving product that we saw appear on the market in 2022. 

Here's some of Lemon bottles magic ingredients: 

• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)  Riboflavin activates the metabolism of fat, this helps reduce Oddema/ Swelling. 
• Bromelain Ananas Sativus (Pineapple Enzymes) - Assists in the break down of fat cells and reduces inflammation (Reccomeneded to drink/ eat fresh pineapple before any procedure to reduce swelling - knowledge i learnt from my dental nursing years!) 
• ​Lethicin - Derived from vegetables - it encourages the breakdown of fat cells into small molecules which can then be turned into fatty acids that the body easily burns off as energy. 
• Deoxycholic acid - Deoxycholic acid is a bile acid which emulsifies andsolubilized dietary fats in the intestine. When injected subcutaneously it disrupts the cell membranes in adipocytes & destroys the fat cells in that tissue. 
• Phosphatidycholide  - Big word... try say that 3 times! Phosphatidcholide has a whole crazy background but its too much to read if you want fast answers! How to prepare for your fat dissolving treatment: 

• 2 days before your appointment start drinking 1.5 / 2 litres of water 
• 1-2 days before your treatment have sauna (Pamper yourself!) having a sauna will help soften the fat making it easier for the product to get in and work more efficiently! 
• AVOID CAFFEINE!!!! Caffeine dehydrates us so drinking caffeine will only counteract all that prep were doing!
