I agree to arrive on time to my appointment and I understand that if I am more than 10 mins late to my appointment this will result in my appointment being classed as a no show & my deposit being lost.
I agree that if I no show to be able to book another appointment the full payment will be asked up front to secure the appointment.
I agree that I will not bring additional people to the appointment.
I agree that I will provide photographic ID in order to be able to go ahead with the appointment.
I agree that if I cancel my appointment within 24 hours I need to pay the reminding balance of the appointment.
I agree to pay for my treatment before the treatment starts/ before leaving the premises otherwise I understand the police will be called as this will be classed as theft.
